Depending on the venue
Courses are conducted during the state school terms.

Tai Chi: You can enroll weeks 1 - 2
Chi Kung -Qi Gong:you can enroll weeks 1 - 3
Chi Kung - easy to learn relaxation exercises.

    Tai Chi & Chi Kung Fitness Leader's Workshops
    Tai Chi SA is proud to present entirely new Saturday workshops. These courses are designed to enable people to learn and teach Beginner's Tai Chi or Chi Kung at a basic level.

    The courses are not Instructor's courses, but are designed for people who would like to teach as Leaders in Community Centres, Schools, Retirement Villages, Health Clinics, Gyms or other groups.

    Regional Areas:  Let Us know if you have a group interested.

    Regional Workshops.

    Master Instructor Allan Kelson has conducted workshops & appeared on T.V in many Regional cities & towns in S.A. NSW and in Europe.

    South Australia: York Peninsula, Pt Pirie, Pt Augusta, Whyalla, Mt Gambier, Lameroo , Ceduna etc.
